Advisory Firm Replaces APAC Head

US-headquartered , an executive search and leadership advisory firm, has appointed Peter O'Brien as region head for Asia Pacific, replacing Peter Drummond-Hay.

O'Brien, who previously led the global supply chain practice at the firm, has spent the last 10 years in the leadership and search advisory industry, advising boards and chief executive officer’s on corporate governance, board effectiveness, succession planning and leadership search and transformation, the firm said in a statement.

In his new role, O'Brien will manage the firm’s business in APAC and will drive growth in key markets, including China, India and South Korea. He will also be a member of the firm’s global board and CEO advisory group.

Russell Reynolds Associates has more than 400 consultants in 47 offices around the world, and work with public, private and non-profit organisations.
